well i would think it would be cheaper to buy it now, but you will have to pay property taxes on it the next few years while you are not able to move into it yet.but i would think house prices would probably be higher in 4 or 5 years from now.cause right now houses seem to be cheaper due to all the foreclosures.but just make sure your in the area you want to be in.you could change your mind in 4 or 5 years. thats the downside.

You have a lot of dragon monsters but the power of dragons is to combine their brute force with stunning monster and spell/trap effects. Either ditch the dragons for easier to summon monsters or add in weaker dragons with bad as.. effects and focus your spells/ traps around the dragons. Their effects tend to be so powerful. The reason is because cards have to be balanced so if it has a powerful effect then its conditions for use are more strict but you will supply the conditions requiring dragons and gain powerful effects. Google a list of dragon cards or google 6 star monsters with 2400+ atk and lose soul release and miracle dig. They dont fit in with this deck.

Soft-skateboard wheels?

I just got my first skateboard. Its Kryptonics with ABEC-3 bearings. Yea, lol, laugh your head off....done? Okay anyways i like just cruising around on it but my wheels are 97A and are pretty hard to cruise on as, im sure you know, hit a rock and then your on the ground. What should I look for in wheels? Im pretty sure i want something <85A, or do i even Need it that low? Should i just get some longboard wheels and risers? I dont care about size as long i can actually fit it on the board without a million risers. Starting RC Future Flying! Help!?

If you want to be a good pilot do not start with this thing. I tried to teach myself years ago (late 60s) with various models, none really suitable and failed. Tried again 20 years ago but this time joined a good club with experienced pilots and a good teaching regime. Now fly aerobatic aircraft with no problems. Started with a high wing trainer and learned on that, the odd hard landing when learning but since then NO crashes. You will turn more heads learning to fly properly and safely than flying around like a demented bird narrowly avoiding crashing until you do. That will put you off.

It's totally possible to keep a horse and go to college. I'm almost done and have managed to have 1-2 horses the entire 4 years. Definitely not easy as have to work to have money for the horses and find time to ride, go to class, study etc. But I do it and manage to get mostly A's too! I did say goodbye to a social life :) but for me totally worth it as I'm not a party girl anyway. I have learned to be very smart with money to make it all work. You are going to love this ship - it is so amazing! All the shows where worth seeing and very enjoyable - make the reservations beforehand online if you can. If not make sure you go as soon as you board to get tickets to the show (they said they save a percentage of the tickets so people who book last minute will still have an opportunity to get in) - you can do it from your stateroom tv too. When we sailed all the shows reservations line for people who did not have reservations and most often they all seemed to get in. Again they were all very entertaining - your family is going to have a blast on the Allure - great choice!

The other answer that guy gave you was stupid. You can't lose 5 cards, you'll have less than 40(illegal). You did a very well job carrying out what blackwings are supposed to do, act fast and strike hard. The only exceptions are cards like magical mallet and dark bribe. Very good cards yes, but if you think about there existance they can slow you down. Magical Mallet-if you didn't have it you might get cards more often anyways, Dark Bribe-blackwings don't wait around for things to happen, they take action, so, why wait for your opponent to make the first move, counter it, and then let them have a card that could lead the to winning the duel when you could have won 5 turns ago. If this becomes the best answer by questionier I will give you more in-depth tips. 9/10 deck.

I posted a question a while ago looking for a song that went something like, "Here comes the axe grinder 'word 'em up' I'm the lyrical rewinder word 'em up' " It sounds kind of like a Jamaican guy singing that part of the song, and the song was out in the early 2000's, or late 90's. Im torn between staying with my dad, or moving in with my mom?

Ok so my dad is in the air force and has been for 25 years. He is gonna retire this coming march and bought a house here in california so i could finish high school here. I am gonna be a junior and am a straight A student (so far). I have a job where you make money off of tips. Now my parents split when i was 5 and shortly after, my dad married my korean stepmom. They have been together for 10 years and i must say my stepmom and i do not get along at all. I think the problem is that she tries to raise us as if we lived in korea... And to be quite honest i really dont think raising kids that are fully engulfed in the American culture the korean way is really good at all. And im not meaning to bash on koreans at all. But anyway my dad and stepmom are very strict and always take basketball away from me when i do something wrong... Now they know my dream is to play basketball as a pro but all i feel is that they are holding me back. On the other hand, i have my mom. Skateboarding for a beginner?

Hi my name is Josh and i recently just started skateboarding not too long ago. I have a nice board i think. An enjoi deck with thunder trucks, bone reds, and some spitfires. Sometimes i think i may be a little paranoid. I cant really do any tricks yet. I really wanna do an ollie but everytime i do it my back foot never comes up leading the board to only pop up. My control of the board is terrible. Sometimes i think i may fall when i turn. I can;t tic tac i really want to know how to improve on that. To do sharp turns i lift the front leg up and try to turn but when it is heelside or frontside i always mess up and end up hurting myself. Heel drag stopping is also hard for me i always end up hurting my self idk why. Help please. ty

The warm light of the sun touching her face and warming her all over, the grass tickle her bare feet like a feather. She would see bushes of wildflowers sitting at the feet of healthy green trees while fluttering insects darted between the colorful flowers. The bus came to a halt interrupting the thoughts she had been lost in, shaking her like a leaf. She dared herself to open her eyes and let the memory fade, she sighed pulled herself up and stepped outside. Looking into the sky a million shades of red mixed into a toxic potion, blood red, metallic and bold. The sky was painfully dark; like the sun had closed its eyes. Even with the mask on the smell of burnt plastic still lingered in the air and it made her feel nauseous. On this particular day rain was pouring down from thick clouds with a violent howling wind that blew hard against her and she staggered to keep her balance. Her suit was now blood soaked, instead of clear rain drops; sore red ones soaked it, as if the sky was bleeding.

Grew up in Chicago, and went to alot of games at old Cominsky park, a few at the newer park, been to wrigley field, both for cubs and bears games, soldier field for bears games, old busch stadium and a few other ballparks, and out of al of them, have to say, a little league ball park, sitting on the old steel bleachers. Your right there, can swee the entire game, watch the entire field, easy parking ( it's free ) bring your own food, sit where you want, and it's free to watch the kids play,especially if it's a family member. I have 2 parakeets and....i have no idea what they are?

It is much safer for birds to have their wings clipped. If not, they can fly up into high places where yu can't get them down, get stuck in more places.. basically get into more trouble! lol My parakeet got stuck in my closet one time when she was full flighted. It took forever to get her out and she was so scared. I felt horrible and her wings have been clipped regularly ever since. It is not expensive but DO NOT do it yourself unless the vet shows you how. If it is done wrong, they can bleed to death. They will be able to fly a few feet, definately not more than that. Leave the ring on his foot and write down the numbers on it. Asbestos tile removal, under carpet?

I have purchased a home built in the south from the early 70's. We had pulled out the carpet in the main living room due to moisture. Were started to pull the carpet from my daughters room for the same reason. Now when we started pulling up her carpet, surprise, old vinyl tile. Husband says it looks like the asbestos tile hes seen online, and after researching. Now, we were going to just cover over the concrete slab with "Allure traffic master vinyl planks" until this surprise. Its cracked in a few places around the edge, and the nail board that was holding the carpet down is nailed through it. Should we pull the carpet tack board and just go over it with said vinyl? Or am I going to need a pro with money I don't have. Re carpeting is not an option due to the moisture, and the fact that its cracked. Thanks :)

I'm originally from Bangladesh, a small country in South Asia. Actually, my parents are from there. I was born in Italy. But my roots are from there. I went there a month ago to see my sick granddad. And I am sickened by how the men their treat their women. They treat them like cattle and property. It is a highly patriarchal society. The women cook, clean and look after the children and don't work. 99% of women there are traditional housewives who bow down to their husbands and kiss their feet. My mom however, is a doctor. She is one of the very few women who work. But she still cooks, cleans, looks after my little brother and works. My dad is unemployed at the moment. He doesn't do anything. He just eats, sleeps and goes to the toilet. He occasionally helps my mom. And my parents live in Australia, which is a western society. Sometimes, I wish I could teach my dad a MAJOR lesson. But how? I honestly don't understand how my mom could bear all this. My dad is not that bossy unlike the other Bangladeshi men. He does listen to my mom and he DOES what my mom tells him to do. But he just has a know it all attitude that annoys me. Well, anyway this isn't about my family. It's about my auntie and other women who go through the pain. My auntie is among the 1% who go to work in Bangladesh. She told me her everyday scenario from first thing in the morning is waking up, making breakfast for husband and then apparently getting scolded and getting divorce threats from her husband for making a crap breakfast, then going to work in a crammed bus, and then taking bs from sexist boss. She told me her boss teases and makes fun of her for working because she is a female. Then, after a long & tiring day at work she goes home again to be yelled at by her husband. Her husband accuses her of coming home so late! WTF!!! This is SO messed up! I mean her husband eats FREE, doesn't help around the house at ALL, doesn't work and yet he yells at her for working late so that HE gets his daily bread! And my auntie is actually a housewife. She has to work because her husband either can't find a job or is TOO lazy to work! And the rest of the 99% of women don't even get the chance to work because if they work they APPARENTLY will become DISOBEDIENT to their husbands and fathers and become too smart. They stay home and lick their husbands feet and tolerate their BS. The average Bangladeshi woman is dependent on their male relatives their whole entire life, from birth till death. From birth till maturity she is dependent upon her father. After that she is married off & is therefore is dependent upon her husband. And when her husband is old and retires she is dependent upon her son (if she has one). In marriages, the girl has to go live in her husband's parents house where she serves her husband & in laws, especially her mother and father in law. After that she is pressured by husband & in-laws to give birth to a son. I have seen guys go as far as divorcing their wives and marrying new ones because their ex wives have failed to give birth to a son. The women have no say in public matters and society related issues. They are are usually told to shut up because they "don't know anything". I am horribly disgusted with this disgusting attitude towards women and relieved at the same time because I am lucky enough to not be in their shoes. I want to know why these women are so subjugated and oppressed. I really don't understand. Thank u to people who have decided to read my long and rather boring rant! It really feels good to let out all of that frustration!

I need help with TriCare?

I just recieved a letter in the mail from TriCare stating that I have a $3,840 claim that I owe. I didn't even know I was on TriCare. What is going on? I used to live with my uncle in Texas (when I was 12 I am now 21) who was retired from the military and i'm assuming this is the insurance he had me on back then but why am I getting letters from them? I don't even have a military I.D. anymore and I have never told any of my healthcare providers to charge anything to TriCare. 1963 Spitfire 1500 engine swap?

I may be getting my hands on a 1963 spitfire 1500 soon, however my dad, the previous owner of it when it was operable, states that the engine threw a rod and the block was basically toasted. My question is, I may know someone who just totaled their 2005 Honda Integra (rear-ended) which had a Honda K20a motor in it and a manual transmission, is it possible to turn a 1963 Spitfire in a mid-engine car? My oh my.. my little tiny mutt is a spitfire who will bark at anything including thunder.. but if a beeping noise is heard she cowers and runs to mommy (me) for security. I have a Vango Vitesse Force 10 tent that I use for lightweight hiking, it is a two man but would work well as a one man because as you say you'll have room for all your kit, it weighs 1.3kg, so it pretty light in my opinion. As it is a Force ten style I would hope it would stand up to bad weather but the worst I have been in was a bit of rain at night, so I can't comment on that too much! The only down side is that it's only single skinned so you will get condensation and that's not too bad for a few nights but if your away for a long time the it may be a pain, but being single skinned is the reason why it is so light. All the reviews I have read for it have been very positive but I would still do some research into it if I was you, I paid just under �100 for it, so within your budget but you can probably get it for a lot less now.

Since WWII there have been at least 3 mfg.s building "replica" P-51s. I don't think there was much updating done, except one had a turbo prop. Currently Jack Roush is building a lot of parts for Mustangs, and again not to improve or update, but to keep the few survivors flying.
