My husband drinks every night starting at 6-30?

hi and he is drunk and in bed by 8pm. I do love him we have been married for 36years. I don't feel old im 57 hes 64 but to be honest we don't do much with our lives. He loves sport and sits and watches it all day. Hes retired. He cooks and gos shopping but that's it. I know I should just go out and do my own thing. I don't have any friends How sad :) i am. What would you do. Hes asleep now.
