Are Spitfire Pro MX-33 Stereo Headphones any good?

So, I plan on ordering a pair of Spitfire Pro MX-33 Stereo Headphones in white and grey, because I got straight A's on my finals and received some money from my distant aunt. I heard they're low quality from a few people, but other than that, no complaints. In fact, most of the reviews I've heard have been positive. Which is true, are they low or high quality?
