HELP!!!!! on nhl be a pro mode?

ok so this has happened to me a billion freaking times and i cant figure it out.... so i to "be a pro mode' and went to 'be a pro' and went to 'new' then 'nhl entry draft' and picked a team for my pro to play on... i played 4 games in the memorial cup with the spitfires and was drafted 7th in the first round to the carolina hurricanes... i played 4 preseason games and went 3-0-1 and then it didnt show anymore games for me and that was it... how the fukc do i play a full regular season on that team with my pro?????????? please help ive redone this like 10 times
