SOFA status in Japan?

Hi,I'm 18 years old and planning on getting my GED soon in August. Well my goal is to stay in Japan and go to college at University Of Maryland on the base. BUT,In order to do that I need SOFA. My dad is a retired AF and he has a job on the base in Japan with the benefits,but it is almost time for him to go back to the states and I want to stay here. How can I make it possible?
