Can you help identify this hardcore song?

I recently heard a song that sounds as though it might be written by either Spitfire or Scarlet. The only lyrics I caught were something about "you're falling apart" and "did you... jump the gun?" I really like the track but don't know the song title, album, or even the artist conclusively. Please help me figure it out.
