Iridium spark plug for FZ16?

Im thinking of replacing the spark plug with an iridium one. I want to know if it would make a difference. I would also like to get the appropriate ignition cables from MSD or Spitfire but i dont know where to get them in bangalore city. Any info on this would be of great help. Thanks.
