Vintage Schwinn Spitfire, think 1930s. red mens frame?

Got a bicycles. Not sure what its worth but really curious. Paint is totalled but frame is great condition. Has original tires that say schwinn spitfire on the side of them. Looks like a steel frame. Has serial number A33 on the back of it towards the back tires bolt. It was a red color with some white, mens bicycles. has 3 bars going across it. the top one then one directly under it. and then a bottom one. not double bars next to each other so think its 40s or maybe 30s era. Looking for information. How much do you think its worth in the condition. all rusted but original. still a vintage original schwinn spitfire. whats value after restored? do i have a jewel or a piece of junk? paid 20. figured it was worth the risk due to just vintage pedlas have value.
