Is a Pisces Girl truly the best Zodiac match for a Cancer Male?

So I'm a charming and hopelessly romantic Cancer Male, and when I first started getting into zodiacs and astrology I kept hearing that Pisces was the ultimate match for a cancer Male... I've searched far and wide though, and have dated everything from a Scorpio to a Gemini. In my quest for "The One" I've only met two pisces girls, both very beautiful and very alluring but...I found it nearly impossible to even carry a conversation with them. I could detect no chemistry at all. Is this truly as good a match as they say it is? I don't see how a cancer male is even supposed to attract a pisces girl.
