How can I get traded in NHL 11 Be a Pro mode?

I was a first round draft pick to the Columbus Blue Jackets sent from the Windsor Spitfires. I'm in my rookie year and have 139 Career Goals within 40 games. Have all A+ Stats, and My team is Undefeated. Even though my team is good, its awkward playing for the Blue Jackets when I'm a Calgary Flames fan, and also Canadian =) How can I get traded lol?
