Looking for a song possibly by The Prodigy?

I posted a question a while ago looking for a song that went something like, "Here comes the axe grinder 'word 'em up' I'm the lyrical rewinder word 'em up' " It sounds kind of like a Jamaican guy singing that part of the song, and the song was out in the early 2000's, or late 90's. A person answered my other question saying that song was "Voodoo People" by The Prodigy. But when I checked it out it was not. It does sound to me like the song could be by the Prodigy that I am looking for. I looked up Spitfire, Voodoo People, Omen, and other top ten hit with no luck. Anybody know what song I am looking for? Might not be The Prodigy.
