Is a skateboard setup of: Blind board Spitfire wheels with Bones Reds bearings. Good or Bad?

My friend just bought a board from another friend with the set up above and charged him $50 for it(Good condition he only rode it once for like 2 minutes lol) now i need to know if that's good or bad im a beginner at skating so i dont know much about boards yet.
