Fun things to do for friend's birthday? 10 pts for best answer!?

So it's my best friends 16th birthday this upcoming week and for that special day I would like to do a TON of awesome stuff. I've already planned midnight bowling and picnicking, but I need more fun stuff. The idea is to drag her around town without telling her. Keep in mind that we live in a mildly big town but it's not huge. Feel free to spitfire ideas at me :)
